Like the Whisky Sour, a classic Blood & Sand cocktail is the perfect combination of rich whisky and fresh, zesty and fruity flavours. Japanese whiskies (such as Nikka’s ‘From The Barrel’) add a truly innovative take on this all time classic.
List of Ingredients
- 40ml Nikka From The Barrel
- 30ml Sweet vermouth (We recommend the majestic Capano Antica Formula)
- 30ml Cherry Heering liqueur
- 30ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- A twist of orange zest (Garnish)
Method
- Add the ingredients to a Boston shaker with fresh ice.
- Shake and strain into a chilled Coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of orange zest.
