Monde Shuzou Distillery

モンド蒸留所 / Mondo jōryū-sho

Essentially a Japanese wine producer, Monde Shuzou do advertise a blended whisky called ‘Royal Crystal’ on their website but it is not clear if the malt contained within is of Japanese origin. A few years ago, they produced a small batch of single malt called Usuikyou, which was bottled by an independent retailer. There is little information as to whether Monde Shuzou will be making single malt in the future.
